GRAVESITE MAINTENANCE
We understand that most cemeteries are large and expansive pieces of land, making it difficult for the maintenance staff to properly tend to and provide the thorough care that your loved one deserves at their final resting place. Twelve Oaks Grave Care will tend your family member or loved one's gravesite (or multi-grave family plot), giving the site the detailed attention and care that it deserves.

Includes: Hand-trimming of grass around the marker and give the grave a fresh mow. Remove windblown debris and litter, including the raking of leaves. Pull weeds from around the marker and within the grave area. Remove broken ornamentals and damaged flower arrangements. Water the entire site (when needed). Lightly sweep away debris from the headstone, coping and slab, removing any dried grass clippings thrown by mowing equipment. Remove any collected materials (weeds, twigs, leaves, spent flowers, etc.) from the site. We will always provide you with digital before & after photos.

*Service fee: $25 per grave space. For family plots or multiple grave spaces, contact us for a price quote.
MEMORIAL HEADSTONE RESTORATION
Includes: Utilizing a chemical-free soap solution and water, or an Eco-Friendly Biological Solution specially formulated to remove environmental pollutions, dirt, and stains from mold, mildew, lichen, algae and oxidation that build up over time. We promise to only use soft fiber bristled brushes in order to restore your loved one’s monument or headstone to it’s original condition. A pressure washer is NEVER used, nor are harsh chemicals. We will always provide you with digital before & after photos.
*Service fee: $40 for most single headstones of stone or concrete construction. For multiple headstones and/or grave markers of metal-based construction, contact us for a pricing quote.
GRAVESIDE FLORALS
Fresh-cut or artificial floral arrangements, ribbon-tied bouquets, potted plants, flags or balloons (as allowed) may be placed at a gravesite in remembrance of holidays (Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day and Christmas, to name a few) or on other special occasions, such as a birthday or anniversary.

Included: Upon request, we can update your loved ones final resting place with either artificial flower arrangements or fresh cut florals sourced from a local florist.
*Service Fee: $25 plus the cost of the floral arrangement. Contact us to discuss your floral preferences.
CONTINUAL CARE SERVICE
Included: We offer an annual subscription to our Continual Care Service option that ensures your loved one’s resting place receives monthly maintenance servicing, to include: Mowing of grass, Trimming of weeds, Debris removal & headstone cleaning. With this option, you’ll never have to worry about the condition of the gravesite, nor the headache of remembering to contact us each month for regular maintenance services. By enrolling in this service, you will receive the added Memorial Headstone Restoration at no additional cost to the pricing of a year's worth of our Gravesite Maintenance services.
*Service Fee: $300 Annually per grave space. Contact us for a pricing quote on family plot care or multiple grave spaces.
GRAVESITE RECLAMATION
A sad reality that most families just aren't aware of is that not every cemetery has a dedicated grave maintenance crew responsible for the upkeep of their loved one's final resting place. Many of the cemeteries that do provide care are only tasked with maintaining the common areas & road frontage, not individual gravesites. As a result, years of unkempt vegetation & debris have the ability to completely cover & erase the noticeable existence of these graves or family plots.
That's where Twelve Oaks Grave Care comes to the rescue! With our Gravesite Reclamation service, we will do our very best to uncover & restore dignity to your loved one's gravesite, while allowing you to rest easy knowing that this overwhelming chore is taken care of.
Includes: Locating your loved one's grave space; Cutting back unwanted growth & vegetation; Removal of all surrounding debris; Restoration of your solemn space.
*Service fee: $50 per grave space. Contact us for a pricing quote on multi-grave spaces & family plots.
